Changing habits is a rocky path that maybe gives you many headaches. Because changing is difficult, because we don’t know where to start, and because we are not always willing to make the effort.
What we need are tools. For this reason I share with you healthy habits. In each of my videos, I put within reach of you the knowledge of great experts, easily and practice. They are tips I personally try to implement to my life every day with a lot of effort, sometimes I succeed, sometimes fail, but they usually give me very good results.
