Why do you think it is important to change?

Everyone has a reason. It’s very difficult for me to change, but when I practice healthy habits I feel better and my relationship with others is much better as well. Instead, when my habits are bad for my body and my mind, I feel bad, I am unhappy and I make others unhappy.

When we eat something that is not healthy, we can feel pleasure at the time and it’s ok to enjoy and and eate “bad things” sometimes, but then we’ll be uncomfortable, swollen, without energy, feeling acidic, without the same courage to try others, without the same ability to make some important decision, without the same clarity to use our mind, because all the energy goes to the digestive process and focuses on eliminating all the toxins that you’ve eaten.

Bad habits repeated during a long time, are the ones that lead to major diseases. In short words: we do things repetitively, that make us feeling bad, and make us sick over the years.

Fortunately, at the bottom of our hearts, we all want healthy habits, and never forget that you can do anything you set your mind.

Note that, as they say in the East, the difficulty is always at the beginning, but worth a try, it’s worth making the effort to change and build healthier habits.

And when we strive to be better and to achieve the best version of ourselves, I am sure we will have a better world without violence and without so much inequality.
